At Narada we seek to create and enhance disruptive educational solutions for the 21st century generations. We are reinventing education using technology, entertainment & gamified tools. We believe that embracing technological advances and the learning revolution, we can create the right solutions so both today’s and tomorrow’s generations will be able to acquire the right skills to adapt to the emerging future in this period of fast-paced change in all our life’s areas. We design our edutainment solution to address talent shortages and the misalignment between the preparation provided by education systems and the ever-changing needs of employers. Narada is a social purpose entrepreneurial initiative founded in 2017 in Romania. I co-lead Narada, as well as carrying out strategic planning and managing the relationships with our investors and board of advisors members, as well as the entire content curation and creation process for the digital classes we develop.

At PowerUP we make it easy for every company to help teachers succeed in their projects and thus help the classrooms and schools in need, moving us closer to a nation where teachers in every community have the tools and experience they need to be able to provide their students with great education. PowerUP was founded in 2017, and is a Romanian Business Leaders Foundation project and a social-entreprenership startup, currently run by a team of volunteers. As the founder of PowerUP I designed the solution we envisioned for fulfilling our mission of connecting the teachers with good leadership skills and the companies that have the resources they need. Then I gathered a team of volunteers and I fundraised the necessary financial resources. We successfully launched the platform in november 2017 and we are currently seeking to create the right processes, so that in the near future PowerUP will be able to materialise its potential to become an efficient resource-liberating mechanism for teachers.

Youth for Youth Foundation (TpT) Romania is a national, non-governmental, independent, non-political, nonprofit and volunteer-based association founded in 1991, aimed at tackling social issues of Romanian youth. Currently, Youth for Youth Foundation runs its programs in Bucharest and other 14 regions of Romania.Youth for Youth Foundation is active in the health education field. Our priorities are best decribed by the following concepts: youth, individual responsibility and performance. The main approach in reaching youth is peer education, involving peer leaders in the non-formal education process.Job – As a peer educator I delivered 700+ training hours in the highschools of Vaslui, following the Youth for Youth mission of educating every teenager regarding the basic life skills and medical information they need, to be able to lead a healthy and well-balanced life.As a trainer of trainers I delivered 300+ hours of training to over 250 students, in order to recruit and select new generations of peer educators.

Rotaract clubs bring together people aged 18-30 to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service.In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours.Together with my team, which consists of a vice-president and the secretary of the Club, we created the annual strategy and implemented it. Within 18 months we implemented seven humanitarian projects, including two educational projects envisioned and created by our board. Among our other responsibilities were fundraising and the recruiting and selection of new Club members.
