- Provide onboarding training for new team members. Support junior privacy specialists, providing guidance and empowering them to develop their skills;- Manage complex privacy related cases end to end and lead investigations required by inquiries coming from Data Protection Authorities (DPA);- Responsible for the maintenance and revision of runbooks and other internal documents. Leading internal projects within the team regarding internal process definition and template creation;- Maintain presentations and workshops regarding the scope of the team;- Work closely with internal (Legal, Security, Customer Service etc.) and relevant stakeholders to build processes for data protection and privacy issues.

- Handling internal and external related privacy requests and questions (e.g. data subject rights) and support operational data protection activities;- Handling complaints from Data protection Authorities in relation to the potential infringement of individuals' data protection rights;- Effectively plan and collaborate with team members on a range of projects to improve internal efficency;- Work closely with internal (Legal, Security, Customer Service etc.) and relevant stakeholders to build processes for data protection and privacy issues, and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA.

-Completing and updating the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA);-Drafting and updating policies/procedures applicable in companies (eg: Data storage policy, Data breach notification policy, Supervisory control response policy, etc.);-Drafting online policies (Terms and conditions, Privacy policy, Cookie policy);-Documents and online platforms (website, social media accounts) analysis;-GDPR implementation documents;-Documents translation;-Others- writing articles on personal data protection, selection of news in the GDPR field.

During this job, my duty was to take care of Trade Register operations - registration of new companies, of changes in companies, drafting documents (shareholders agreements, contracts, resolutions of general meeting shareholders, etc.), filling in the appropriate forms, taking over customers, maintaining contact with them.
