Andra is a Creative Director and Design Lead based in Spain. Drawing upon over 15 years of experience in illustration, product and visual design, visual development, concept art, and building products, Andra actively shapes and directs projects with a keen eye for aesthetics and strategic design thinking.With a background in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, she approaches design projects with a down-to-earth perspective, seeking genuine impact that goes beyond aesthetics.As a Creative Director, Andra had the pleasure of guiding various projects by building small teams, guiding processes, providing vision, managing resources, working closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translating business objectives into a creative strategy, and collaborating with different departments making sure the creative work aligns with the overall brand strategy and business objectives. As an artist and illustrator, her responsibility extended from crafting immersive worlds, guiding the visual development process to establish the visual style, look, and feel of various projects and creating concept art for characters, to creating advertising pieces for different brands and assisting companies in bringing their stories to life through visually captivating artworks.Some of her clients include Apple, Nestlé, Wacom, UiPath, Ogilvy, SuperBetter, N3twork, Peak Games, and many more.​​​​​​​ Andra co-founded Inque Studio, a creative digital product design and consulting agency that not only provides a strategic approach to delivering transformational value but also creates stunning illustrations that visually enrich every digital product and get it closer to the end user.In 2021, Andra launched her own digital product, a goal and habit-tracking mobile app called Haatch, designed to help users achieve their personal and professional objectives. This venture not only enriched her expertise in product development, UX, research, and product growth but also provided invaluable insights into crafting effective product strategies.
