Andra is a motivated social enterprise and charity professional with more than 10 years international work experience in delivering social and financial value. As a highly qualified and experienced programme manager, throughout her career, Andra has worked on complex transformation, event management and fundraising projects. Till December 2016, Andra worked as a key member of Lee Abbey's senior leadership team, during which she managed highly complex cost saving projects, formal tender processes and Lee Abbey's business development function. She was also responsible for leading a team of 30 volunteers/staff and meeting the operational challenges typical of a busy international student accommodation facility. Prior to working in Lee Abbey, Andra worked extensively across poverty and war stricken countries such as Afghanistan, Ukraine and Albania promoting programmes focussed on poverty reduction, education and equal rights for women.
