I launch national and international businesses with leaders and individuals who desire to create a self-sustaining business and income through the coffee market. By developing strong relationships and partnerships with each business owner, I enable and empower individual business owners to meet and/or exceed their personal, professional, and financial goals.

I collaborate with administrators, school and district leaders, teachers, staff, and parents with the specific focus and mission of improving instructional strategies, academic achievement, cultural proficiency, and culture and climate. Through a variety of professional development strategies and Cognitive Coaching, I facilitate data driven instruction, standards-based education, and the development of teacher leaders.

Co-owner, management, and hands-on professional of residential and business lawn care. I provided high level customer service by personally offering the bidding, accounting, billing, on-site lawn care, and equipment maintenance.

I offered a high-level facilitation of and on-site observation of standards-based and critical thinking classroom level instruction for administrators, veteran teachers, and new teachers. Through the National Lab Classroom program with PEBC, I was able to collaborate with educators nationwide who strive for great expectations in the classroom for all students.
