The Wellbeing Project is focused on catalyzing a culture of inner wellbeing for all changemakers. We are inspired by love, care, and compassion for all the people who work to build a better world, as well as to support the many causes and movements for which we all work.

"Privileges are invisible to those who enjoy them!"Under this motto, the Hil Foundation supports people who have fewer opportunities than others to lead their own lives. In particular, disadvantaged children and adolescents, sexual minorities and people with mental disabilities are in the focus of the non-profit GmbH. In collaboration with other non-profit organizations, it develops projects that promote equal opportunities and helps to implement existing programs.Responsible for managing the foundation projects in the field of LGBTIQ+, youth education and psychological wellbeing. Monitoring and supervision of progress, evaluation, due-diligence and selection of new project collaborations, foundation strategy development and budget planning. Managing relationships and partnerships.Accomplishments:-Management of 20 projects/year, evaluate, monitor and strengthen the cooperation to ensure maximum impact for marginalised groups. -Developed an online monitoring system to evaluate progress. Relationship building between other foundations and partnership development between different sectors: philanthropic, social business sector, NGOs.

The project "Mentoring for migrants", which was initiated on the initiative of the Austrian Economic Chambers (WKO), together with the project partners Austrian Integration Fund (ÖIF) and Public Employment Service (AMS) in 2008, supports qualified people with a migration background in entering the Austrian labor market and makes an important contribution to successful integration.

The non-profit organization Enpact was founded in August 2013 to strengthen economic relations between young entrepreneurs from the startup scenes of the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. Since then, this goal has been successfully implemented with an innovative startup mentoring program for promising young entrepreneurs.

Responsible for implementation of new EMEA POS: planning, cross functional management, coordination between sales managers, architects and graphic designers, manufacturers, suppliers and franchise owners.Working on sales orders, brochures and company presentations as well as customer and partnership management.Product Development- diversification of product lines through market studies, international purchasing fairs.Accomplishments: Successfully managed and supervised implementation of numerous shop-in-shops and hotel spa concepts (i.e. Coin, Italy, The Atlantis Hotel, Dubai, Harvey Nichols, Dubai). Developed La Ric’s first supplier network on Asian market.Assignments in Hong Kong and Shanghai: within a short period of time I supervised, coordinated and oversaw the development of new product lines GTM.
