Duties and responsibilities:• Develop the structure of the business’s marketing department, lead and develop the team of talented marketers, engage and build effective teams into a common goal.• Guide the prioritization of key initiatives across Marketing agenda.• Create a digital-first culture within the organization ->embracing digital channels as the primary means of reaching and engaging customers. • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy, with clear tactics and KPIs, which drive accelerated growth (market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations, digital marketing & eCommerce)• Lead the creation & management of the annual marketing plan, budget & calendar of internal/external promotions and campaigns.• Lead the positioning strategy for each brand and oversee external and internal communications.• Build a strong digital presence and review and manage content marketing strategy• Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals, negotiate advertising contacts and approve marketing campaign ideas.• Drive efficient growth by Implementing Data-Driven Strategies• Champion the identification and the use of insights to inform the strategy, business engagement, creative end to end execution and operational delivery of all initiatives.• Conduct market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.• Cultivate a Culture of Innovation - Partner with product management and R&D on the development and commercialization of new product innovations - including the development of brand positioning, sales collateral, and communication materials.• Support the identification of new business growth opportunities, through M&A and strategic partnerships. Lead marketing integration to ensure we realize the full value of new growth opportunities.
