I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Eco-Therapist, and certified Tarot reader.I spent the better part of my career working within the limited confines of the mental health paradigm, always feeling disenchanted and frustrated with the restrictions and lack of innovation I was experiencing in the field.I found myself consistently searching for ways to enliven and expand “therapy” because I intuitively knew there had to be more I could offer. My search for something more combined with my exploration of mysticism, esotericism, and ancient hermetic teachings led me to create Psyche & Salt.Psyche & Salt is an enhanced psychotherapeutic model that speaks to the current culture’s need for healing and life direction. This model hinges on the fact that as human beings we are capable of higher consciousness and expanding perceptions if we choose to explore these parts of ourselves.I teach individuals to see the world and their personal experiences through a symbolic, archetypal, and imaginal lens. In essence, I help people to access the inner magician we all embody.The formula for what I call “reshaping the psyche” is an eclectic fusing of modern psychological theory, practical mysticism, esoteric teachings, and playful creativity, with a sprinkling of honest self-evaluation.
