-drafting technical and commercial offers-issuing quotations/offers to suppliers of materials, plants and devices/machines;-making comparison between offers;-responsible to create the offer according to the existing demands(incuding technical data sheets)-making pricing discounts according to the demands of prospects clients or to existing ones;-obtaining feedback regarding the offers sent;-setting up in the system the orders received from client/supplier;-preparing and sendining orders to the assigned suppliers;-establish and maintain commercial relationships with the internal and external suppliers;-negotiations of acquisitions prices, payment terms and conclusion of contracts with suppliers; -responsible for the quality of negotiations of the contracts/additional documents with the suppliers; -identifying, evaluating and selecting potential vendors; -negotiations of the supply contracts -effective administration of stock/inventory management;-responsible with updating the IT system with details regarding: products, prices, suppliers; - shipping and tracking orders until the final reception/delivery;
