Assistant Shop Manager
Current- Evaluating weekly and monthly sales reports in identifying bestselling departments and subsequently adjusting stock processing/shop layout accordingly- Planning and managing shop supplies levels whilst adhering to a fixed shop budget and a pre-set shop rota- Prioritising customers with a conscientious approach in boosting customer satisfaction- Easing the onboarding process of, coaching, and training volunteers on advanced methods to employ in the sales process, on intricate issues, and with challenging/complex enquiries or concerns- Delegating responsibilities respective to the skills and knowledge of the volunteer- Processing 50+ accurate credit, debit and cash sale transactions for customer orders on average per day- Completing H&S record sheets and other shop administration paperwork- Maintaining the charity database, ensuring all information is logged accurately and in line with GDPR
