Direct report to Fastweb's Chief Consumer. Opened a brand new unit in order to innovate the sales approach to the market, boost our SME market and implement an omnichannel strategy. Moreover, I work directly with our internal PM and Founders Factory Accelerator to find the next best startups to invest in directly and be part of their go to market strategy.

Main responsibilities: define, design and execute digital projects focusing on customer-centric solutions and ecosystems propositions for different industries, from financial services to sports. Coordinate the team on a daily basis and leverage the corporate know-how considering the project's objectives (collaborating with Data Science, Web & App dev, UX and UI units, etc.)

I was in charge of designing and implementing the digital strategy at 360 ° of the fashion brands (Redemption and Redemption Athletix - part of the group umbrella) liaising with all business operations. Main activities were focused on: e-commerce, influencer and social media marketing, sustainability projects together with Ecoage.

As Head of Digital and Innovation I designed, created and executed digital projects horizontally in the company mediating organization culture, business capabilities and market objectives. Relevant projects: CRM (Salesforce), E-commerce B2B, App dev B2C., Manufacturing 4.0, Traceability of the supply chain (Blockchain), Sustainability co-design.

Albini_next is the innovation hub by Albini Group - a think tank dedicated to innovation in the textile and fashion industry located at Kilometrorosso Innovation Hub.

Managed a 10 people team. I helped medium and large companies to manage successfully a variety of digital transformation projects and to implement a digital culture within their organization. I was leading the organization of high tech & innovation topics C-Talks across Europe.
