• Demonstrating strong sales and negotiation abilities, consistently achieving and surpassing salestargets, contributing to revenue growth.• Managing 2500-3000 division-level and 1000 in-center customers, providing prompt assistance andefficiently resolving cases, including registrations, re-registrations, and administrative guidancethroughout the study period.• Collaborating on financial tasks, including accounts, contracts, and invoice management.• Contributing to the financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with customer care strategies as well as implementing and improving financial processes to enhance the company's financial relationships with clients.• Coordinating reception and administrative activities, including order processing, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness standards.• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and exploring new sales opportunities through recommendations and cold calling.• Conducting high-quality product and service sales, including course materials for English and Germanlanguage certifications, ensuring prompt collections and collaborating closely with the accountingdepartment.• Providing comprehensive support to students, offering guidance throughout their study period andorganizing events and camps.• Successfully supervising and training new colleagues, ensuring compliance with company standardsand efficient task execution.• Participating in student examinations, providing personalized guidance based on schedules andrequirements.• Receiving positive feedback from customers, attesting to the quality of services offered andcommunication and negotiation skills.• Contributing to service quality improvement through questionnaires and database updates to enhancecustomer satisfaction.• Coordinating event organization at exhibitions, generating new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
