Client Service Representative- Post Sale Fulfillment▪Establish, build and maintain contact with clients in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.▪Create internal/external procedures to help improve and preserve the quality and efficiency of services offered. ▪Compose and present Quarterly Business Reviews to clients (Pershing, Barclays Capital) using various applications and historic data.▪Manage daily task and acquire financial documents for accounts in order to meet fulfillment compliance.▪Perform ordering functions including monitoring orders, documentation, receipt, and indexing of materials to ensure accurate/timely mailings.▪ Act as a Client advocate and work with various departments to sustain client satisfaction.▪Coordinate accurate responses to clients based on research and manage special projects when required.▪ Participate in conference calls and client meetings to facilitate support to client accounts.▪Train and mentor new staff member.
