Hello, I'm Andra, a passionate artist manager specializing in nurturing and empowering underground alternative bands. My journey in the entertainment industry began with a pivotal role as a volunteer for the Filmul de Piatra film festival in 2013, where I discovered my love for music and event organization.By 2018, I had transitioned into artist management, starting with bands like Adam’s Nest, Fine, It’s Pink, and Sea Section. These early experiences laid the foundation for my career and fueled my commitment to supporting emerging talent.In 2019, I co-founded SWANBOY Music, expanding my portfolio to include a diverse range of local bands and musicians and by 2021 I took on the role of venue booker at Expirat Club, launching the CONCRETE Series, a platform that continues to showcase promising local bands and shape the local music scene.In 2022, I established CORE Agency, a boutique firm dedicated to innovative artist management and event planning. At CORE, we're focused on creating unique experiences and maximizing opportunities for our artists. One highlight was organizing the successful comeback tour for Alternativ Quartet in 2023, featuring performances at prestigious cultural venues across Romania.Currently, I contribute as a key member of the booking team at Control Club in Bucharest and actively participate in the Europavox project, which aims to promote European music diversity. Looking ahead to 2024, CORE Agency’s roster includes exciting talents like Armand Popa and Musspell, the first Romanian band to play at the renowned Glastonbury festival.I am deeply passionate about fostering talent and dedicated to helping bands reach their full potential in today's competitive music landscape. Through my work, I aim to create meaningful connections between artists and audiences, driven by a genuine love for music.
