• Day -1 Planning of driver resources in line with LGV work time directive regulations;
• Preparing 4 weeks out Banksman Rota and amending on daily basis;
• Coordinating trailer setup from CFC to Spokes whilst ensuring requirement is in line with physical constraints;
• Planning Collection runs and backhauls as per request from supply chain;
• Adjusting plans based on daily VOR numbers in cooperation with LGV Transport;
• Preparing payroll documentation for LGV, Banksman, and Agency staff;

Hatfield

• Maintaining accurate Time and Attendance data for Ocado employees;
• Supporting other Planning teams with administrative tasks;
• Identifying possible savings and improvements for the department and supporting their implementation;
• Dealing with internal queries both via email and web chat;
• Ensuring legal and Health & Safety standards are observed and followed.

• Covering coordinator responsibilities if required: managing people, report to managers if any issues, managing employees day schedule, ensuring Health & Safety standards are observed and followed;
• Frameloading - Loading/unloading totes with ready customer orders;
• Rework - Locating lost totes, and ensuring that orders consist all required products; unloading conveyers with totes are not ready for loading and locating them into waiting areas;
• Loading/unloading trailers/vans;
• PPT driving – relocating ready routes from loading areas or parking spaces to trailers/vans.
