- Performance management for Diageo Global Supply (P&L, Working Capital, Cash and operational KPIs)- Financial lead of the transformation of the Diageo Supply Chain (Supply Excellence program)- Setting up the performance management framework of the new structure- Managing Diageo CAPEX reporting, planning and forecasting

- Leading the cash management (short/mid and long-term forecasting and reporting), and corporate back office (payment, deal confirmation, bank account management) functions/teams for Diageo- Planning and managing the cash flow of significant acquisition projects like Mey Icki, Ypioca, Meta Abo and USL (India)
