I am a self-driven professional with 14 years of experience in coaching football and teaching. I have a proven track record of developing young people on all levels and age groups in two countries. I am also involved in coach development as Lecturer & Assessor in Sports at Weston College delivering and overseeing L2 and L4 (HTQ) Sports Coach courses and apprenticeship programs. This includes working closely with industry leading employers and sport businesses. I am passionate about individual development both working with young players and coaches.I started coaching in 2009 working as full-time FDP and YDP Lead Coach at GRUND 1986 FC Budapest in Hungary. During my 9 full seasons at the club, I was involved and responsible for the long-term development of players from the age of 6 to 18. I completed my UEFA C Level 2 in coaching footbal in 2010 through the Hungarian Football Federation, and my qualification of BA Coaching Football & Sport Education in 2012 at the University Of Physical Education Budapest in Hungary.In 2018 I relocated to the UK with my family with the aim to learn, develop, and work at the highest possible level in English Youth Football. I hold the FA Level 3 in coaching football (UEFA B), FA Youth Award, FA Level 2 in Talent ID & L2 First Aid certificates.
