I've started my journey as a Freelance Illustrator. I'm mainly doing projects focused on vectorial drawings. I'm still learning a lot but I got to a point where I'm confident about my work! I can do portraits, city scenes and other beautiful things. I'm also trying to do logo design! I love working in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects (still learning) and Affinity Designer! The pen tool is my favourite "weapon". This contracting job was focused on working on the TVOD and SVOD schedules for Ziggo for every month. I was mostly working on the adult titles. For every title I was using the company's tool which was called Mediamorph. Every movie needed details about the period of time that was available for, the contracts, the prices and currency that was used for each country. Each territory had specific details that need to be considered like the keywords, categories, and platform. The process was the same every time: I was creating a license for a title and after that, I was creating an offer for each movie. After all the titles had offers attached to them, I was sending them to the vendor that we were working with.The entire process of creating offers required attention to detail and understanding how everything worked. I was also in charge of taking care of any issues that could appear and I was in constant contact with the vendor.

My job consisted in spot checking movies/TV shows using Mediator and making sure that the content that was needed for the Paramount and Comedy Central Channels was available and it didn’t have any video or audio issues. This meant emailing the vendors in order to obtain in time the correct movies and subtitles needed for broadcasting. The other part of my job consisted of taking care of all the interstitials that were needed for the Paramount Channels, for all the Comedy Central channels, for Spike, and for Viva. I was in constant contact with all the vendors for all the interstitials needed for all the countries the mentioned channels are broadcasting in. I was also making sure that the interstitials had the correct titles or hours and the most important thing, I was making sure that they were provided in the right language and if needed, with the right subtitles (which I was also spot checking).The job required a lot of attention to detail, multi-tasking, patience and taking responsibility for the quality of the content.

My job was focused mostly on ingesting MTV videos while checking their sound and video quality. Another role that I've had was spotchecking TV shows for MTV and placing the markers for the commercial breaks while looking for missing macroblocks, incorrect aspect ratio and other audio or video issues.

As a proofreader for Staples I was making “quality checks” of all the offers before they were being published; this also meant checking if there were any spellcheck problems (where I could), if the prices were correct/missing and if the images were for the right missing products. Checking was done in all the European languages Staples was working with like Spanish, Dutch, English, Italian, Norwegian, Polish and many more. My job also implied making sure that the original meaning of description for products was the same one as the one that was being published.

For this job I was writing from home (Netherlands) articles about TV shows and television actors, for MXDWN, a website located in California, USA. My task was writing 2-3 articles per day (using WordPress) about what was going on in the world of television. Press agency which was offering materials to newspapers. My responsability was to take pictures in different places, to write articles and to manage all the photos and articles. Also I had to keep in contact with different organizers and to obtain accreditations for events. I had to do all this by respecting a deadline and everything had to look good and to be presentable.
