- Support the directorate decision making in IT system procurement tenders- Monitor and report PMO operation performance, and support workload balancing- Organize transformation to agile operational processes- Providing support to the logistics and moderation of workshops- Plan and supervise data migration and coordinate all steps of the process between the business partners- Coordinate and design the test phase of the IT system implementation- Report on: - Project milestone completion - Risk assessment - Test progress - Migration data outstage completion

- Assist Project Director and Project Manager in business document preparation- Participate in speaker selection and preparation for meetings and workshops- Manage user access rights for Project Participants- Prepare meeting minutes and supporting documents for steering commitee discussions- Coordinate testing and test reporting of different IT platforms- Detect new risk factors, perform and update overall risk assessment- Assemble data migration cutover plan, ensure the instage and outstage data harmonization- Monitor, adapt and report the project budget- Review the completion of project participant certificates- Project documentation management
