About Andras Palffy

I am Andras Palffy, a machine perception and machine learning expert from Hungary.After receiving a Master's degree at Cranfield University (United Kingdom) in the field of digital signal and image processing, I obtained my doctoral title (PhD) at TU Delft (Netherlands) in the topic of "Radar based road user detection in intelligent vehicles".Besides my academic journey, I have also gained experience in the industry by working with a spectrum of companies from start-ups to multinational companies. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at TU Delft, working on radar based perception solutions.I am also a co-founder and scientific advisor of Perciv.ai, a TU Delft spin-off company, offering expertise in multi-sensor integration, sensor fusion and AI-driven perception solutions for autonomous driving, UAVs, smart cities and more.
