I managed the transformation of our two companies in the dental sector: the first fully private practice in Hungary, and the leading dental education and specialist retailer. Our objective was a total overhaul of business operations and the transition of day-to-day operations from my father to our teams. In 2022, we reached 48% YOY growth, and by the end of my mandate, we have achieved: • Recovery of financial stability and the introduction of strategic objectives • HR restructuring to ensure fitness for purpose• Rebranding of Dr. Volom Dental & Medical and comprehensive marketing operations• Introduction of data-based decision-making and performance tracking• Business development strategies for healthcare, education and retail streams• Hiring and onboarding of COOs in both companies, overtaking day-to-day management

Visegrad for Sustainability was the first NGO to address sustainability at the level of the V4 (CZ, HU, PL, SK). It was a collective of professionals building the infrastructure of cooperation for the Sustainable Development Goals between the public sector, civil society, business and academia. V4SDG planned to expand its activity to the whole of Central Eastern Europe and develop pipelines through which the region's achievements and interests can be channelled into international and EU processes.

I served as the Head of the EU Delegation to Youth 7 - the official youth summit of the Group of 7 organised under the French Presidency from 8-14 June in Paris. Our negotiations fed in to the drafting of the final communique of the G7 Summit in Biarritz, France.

After two years of planning and lobbying, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade entrusted me with the task of setting up the National UN Youth Delegate Programme of Hungary. Appointed as the first Youth Delegate of my country, I represented the interest of more than 1 million young Hungarians in international decision-making mechanisms. The fields I covered included the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainability, the empowerment of youth in governance, gender equality, the role of youth in strengthening peace and security, as well as economic and intellectual empowerment of young people. I raised awareness on these topics, gathered youth opinion in a country-wide consultation visiting all the 19 counties of Hungary, and made (also continue to make) recommendations for the Hungarian Government and various organisations to facilitate the development of youth, sustainable development, or future related strategies. I also organised and hosted the first ever Summit of UN Youth Delegates in Budapest, where a Memorandum was drafted on establishing lasting means of cooperation between Youth Delegates, in order to facilitate the global achievement of the goals and objectives we all share.Check the @hunyouth handle for more information!

Selected by the Council of Europe, I served as a youth representative to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities. By bringing the voice of young people to the Congress I pushed for better democracy, stronger rule of law, and the respect of all human rights from Spain to Russia. I raised discussion on the inclusion of youth in decision-making mechanisms, and on the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainability, since the Council of Europe has not taken steps to include or name SDGs in their workings.

Co-founder of the Future:Hungary Conference, which aims to connect talented Hungarian students studying at top UK universities with public and private sector employers in Hungary.The first edition of the 'Future: Hungary Conference' took place at the University of Cambridge, with over 100 participants, and representatives from the Boston Consulting Group, Morgan Stanley, Telekom Hungary, Milestone Institute and Sustainable Ventures, as well as public sector representatives such as New Generation Centre London, and the Secretary of State for Family and Youth Affairs.

• Assisted in policy writing for UN, EU Political and Security Committee (PSC) and EU UN Working Party (CONUN) affairs;• Contributed to the main dossier of the Hungarian ministerial delegation to the 71st Session of the UN General Assembly;• Provided assistance in affairs concerning the candidacy of Hungary to the UN Human Rights Council (HRC);• Member of the Protocol Team for the Autumn Conference of Heads of Missions.

At the time of my internship, Kitekinto (Outlook) was Hungary's foremost international affairs focused news portal. I conducted background research and wrote articles for the North America and the Middle East sections of Kitekinto. My most popular piece was an in-depth analysis of the prospects of Iraqi Kurdistan's push for independence.

As a Youth Consultant, I acted as a junior advisor to the Organising Committee of the 2nd Summer Youth Olympic Games on youth outreach, activities and programmes for young people during the Games, and the opening ceremony. As a part of my role I visited China on four occasions to attend meetings with the organisers, as well as to share my perspectives at the 2015 Nanjing Youth Festival, where I joined youth leaders, young entrepreneurs, olympic champions and international sports administrators, discussing the role of sports in youth empowerment and peace-building.
