IT Epic Driver within the Capital and Risk Agile Release Train (CART)

Drive the implementation of a new IT system for Group Internal Audit (GIA): acquisition and contract negotiation, project planning and management, coordination with Supplier, IT, Risk Management, method expert, Internal Audit management, pilot testers and end users, as well as decommissioning of the previous audit system, data backup and archiving. Ongoing responsibility for the use and performance of the audit system: best practice and functionality related questions, access management, coordination with IT and Supplier, configuration issues, as well as upgrades and patchwork. Workforce management for Internal Audit teams: recruitment and headhunting, initiatives for employee retention and development, as well as PoC for new employees. Assist with quarterly follow-up and communication on KPIs, contracts management, statistics and methodological requests such as updating system configuration, written instructions, etc. Act as financial controller: budget, monthly reconciliations, forecasts, contacts with the finance department.

Develop, manage and monitor the institute’s activities and projects. Evaluate needs and set up the yearly activity roadmap by coordinating with member organisations. Follow up and improve activities and content, coordinate the development of new projects, manage and coordinate committees, work groups and member networks, monitor implementation. Responsible for all marketing and communication.Full responsibility for the yearly GRC Conference from conception to planning, operational management, and delivery. The conference welcomes approx. 450 participants, 40 local and international speakers, 15 exhibitors and partners. Workshops with the conference board, develop concept and program, content management, speaker relationships, exhibitor and partner management, venue sourcing, contract management, budget control, expense reconciliation, coordination of speaker accommodations, travel, transportation, deliveries. Coordination of 3rd party vendors and personnel, logistical management, event evaluation. Responsible for all communication and conference marketing across multiple channels.

Lead up to 6 post-secondary educational programs within IT (Java Development, Mobile Application Development, QA and Testing, IT Project Management, SharePoint Development), totalling to 13 classes and 280 students. Program setup and implementation, content quality and development, customer satisfaction, steering committees. Lead the admission and selection process. Consultant recruitment, follow-up and evaluation, contracts and budget control. Main point of contact for regulating authorities, business partners and applicants. Organise lectures, company visit and other events. Represent the organisation in fairs, conferences and marketing events, design and deliver seminars and workshops.Member of the extended management team, develop internal processes, provide mentorship to other team members, implement systematic quality measures.

Provide strategic advice to customers on how to improve ROI through digital marketing, generate revenue, increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, integrate social media channels, develop digital communication, and customer loyalty.Deliver consulting services, develop, design and hold a wide range of personalised trainings for customers, with focus on best practices and industry standards. Deliver seminars to large audiences of up to 400 participants, across the country.

Create, implement and follow up on a customised development plan for the Contracts and Quoting Centers in Bucharest and Prague (260 employees). Coordinate and evaluate the activities of an independent trainer in Prague, hold feedback and coaching sessions. Develop, design and deliver in-class, hard and soft skills trainings and presentations for all employees in Bucharest and Prague. Track progress, evaluate and report on training activities. Create a competence development curricula and training program for new hires.

Lead several teams of up to 10 Contracts Specialists. Perform key controls of the team’s activity, serve as the main point of escalation for critical situations, forecasts, prioritised activities for Sales Management and other departments. Employee evaluations, recommendations for promotion, salary revisions and corporate bonuses, new hire trainings, progress monitoring. Recruitment, interviews and selection of new team members. Review and draft non-standard, complex and high value contracts, terms and conditions, address commercial and legal issues. Provide consulting services and advice on transactional questions, non-standard terms resulting from negotiations, alternatives to mitigate risks, project changes, contract amendments.

Lead a team of 3 Contracts Specialists, plan the team activity, manage conflicting priorities. Responsibility for the team performance and development.Provide advice on contractual terms, business approvals, revenue recognition, risks and compliance with Oracle governance. Work with Legal, Risk Management, Sales, Credit and Collections through various stages of contracts’ negotiation. Review, draft and validate services contracts. Perform reviews of legacy contracts, from companies acquired by Oracle.

Protocol and administrative matters, political visits, receptions, cultural events, contacts with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, other ministries and authorities. Process visa applications, residence and work permits for Romanian and Moldovan citizens, translations, in- and overflight clearances.
