About Andraž Koželj

My greatest qualities are a wide range of skills, initiative and perseverance. The knowledge is not focused on certain area/technology/product, but is rather an understanding of individual operating principles, which allow me to learn quickly, anticipate and solve problems in contexts possibly unfamiliar to me. I am capable of rigorous analytical thinking, solving problems progressively, reliably achieving the target and not forgetting about the details along the way. Working in a small team is my preference, as knowledge is exchanged at a faster pace and ideas flow freely. Leading a group is not new to me, neither is presenting products or similar since I've done it already, acting as a lecturer or a representative. Fluent in English, Italian, Croatian and Serbian, understand plenty of German, French and partly Spanish. I am capable of communication on a higher difficulty level but still being fully able to break down the complex stuff to simple, basic explanations, according to the type of the audience.
