Oversee day to day operations for western region covering western Wyoming, Utah and Las Vegas. Manage the accuracy of $2,000,000+ in implant inventory across two warehouses and 15+ hospitals, and oversee 40 warehouse and billing staff. Duties include fleet management, inventory audits, ensuring proper inventory mix to maximize profitability, ensuring that staff properly sources surgical cases, staff training, hiring/HR, and organizational efficiency.

Mitigation and resolution of claim issues between customers and carriers. Primary responsibilities are to assess the validity of claims, resolve internal operation issues, and mitigate potential losses for claims. Provide loss prevention training to sales floor staff, suggest changes to operational procedures, and generate promotional/process evaluation tools.

I am responsable for research into payment issues, debt resolution and account corrections/collections for the brokerage office accounts at England Logistics. I focus on finding issues in aging reports, finding a profitable resolution and follow through with resolving account agings.

I currently apply my highly developed negotiation and customer service skills to seek out and establish new long-term business relations with prospective customers. I currently work to find and secure new profitable business relationships with producers, shippers and consumers of commodities for the transportation of thier goods throughout the United States and internationally to China. In my position, I drive the flow of new business into the company while maintaining a solid and profitable book of business.

I have currently moved from the day to day management of operations for a small customer base to my current position as Business Development Manager.
