About Andre Baca
My passion for sound design and audio engineering led me to pursue a BS in Sound Arts from SAE Expression College, where I honed my skills in post-production, studio recording, and spatial audio. I also obtained a diploma of audio engineering from SAE Institute and several certifications in Logic Pro X and Dante Networking.As a sound designer at Meta, I worked on various projects involving music editing, foley, sound design for video games, and live event set-up. I applied my expertise in spatial audio, pro-tools, and dante networking to create immersive and realistic soundscapes for Meta's products and platforms, such as Horizon Worlds, Quest, Ray-Ban Stories, and BARS app. I collaborated with other creative professionals, coordinated and created grid view calling content, and performed QA testing and IT work. I am always eager to learn new techniques and technologies to enhance my sound design capabilities and to contribute to the innovation and vision of Meta.
