My passion is building relationships, training, and mentoring future colleagues guiding them to reach their full potential. My ambition as I progress professionally is teaching at the university level and guiding students with my years of professional experiences as well as continue to contribute to the community through community outreach programs and leveraging relationships with corporate relationships to provide the resources necessary to give back to the community.-Educating students at the collegiate level.-Applying research methodologies by contributing findings in academic journals-Develop and create curriculum and instruction for academic courses-Establish relationships with the community and corporations to support educational programs and initiatives.-Encourage the youth to consider science and technology as a career path.-Develop programs to place culturally diverse initiatives when implementing programs to ensure an inclusive environment for all involved.
