Product Manager
Current- As IT Procut Manager I manage the Product Backlog in both Features and User Stories levels, writing then using BDD (behavior-driving development) format, also facilitating the collaboration among other product teams, test engineers and business stakeholders. - On backlog management, I have worked on requirement refinement, review sessions for story sizing, also acting on team capacity optimization, to enhance backlog velocity and predictability. I have supported multiple project scopes, by receiving the requests from different business areas, which demands cross-program requirement assessment, sizing and prioritization.- I have worked with product team to support the transition to Product Model, providing the inputs to define the Product Taxonomy, Vision and Mission. I also have executed Product Maturity Assessment, by collecting the feedback from team members and defining action plan for improvements.- The product team I have worked is focused on micro-services development (REST APIs), MicroDB (Oracle and Elasticsearch), Business Rules Engine Management (Drools), implementing solutions over messaging event-driven (Kafka and RabbitMQ) and choreography based architecture (Netflix Conductor), by delivering and supporting application on cloud-native platform (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
