I am working with several departments as Assembling, Purchasements, Planning,etc in order to get right information for moving forward with our projects getting a best team work.Controllers, HMI, Sensors and instrumentation selection for underground drill rigs based on CAN communications and Ethernet after picking I am in charge of programming controllers through Codesys 2.3 and 3.5.I am in charge of robotic area into R&D department where I developed Forward Kinematics in order to monitoring bit of our drifter our machines has 9 DOF, it was tested in MIL with Matlab and Robotic System Toolbox and Simscape Multibody generating a Digital Twin. The system is currently tested on Chile Codelco.I am in charge of Electrification into R&D department, choosing the right drive train to our drill rig as Inverters, Battery Chargers, eMotor, Batteries, DC/DC,Inverters, etc. The Capacity of battery was simulated and selected using the Discharge profile of our equipment and using sheets. The speed, climb maximum and autonomy of our machine was calculated with sheets and simulated by Matlab. I have got a training in SAMINCO a company which works closely to Electric Drives.EV Feasibility studies by calculations and using some software as Matlab.I am in charge programming Electronic Controllers Units of several brand as IFM, EPEC, CrossControl, Topcon, STW based in Codesys and C++.Developing and drawing some hydraulic systems in our machines and help with some calculus for choosing the correct engine for tramming, eMotor for drilling, Pump, Wheel Motor in order to comply with goal of our machines.
