The Supervisor of Youth Treatment Specialist is accountable to the Associate Director for managing the operations of the residential unit and supervising the Youth Treatment Specialist staff of an assigned program. The Supervisor of Youth Treatment Specialist works in cooperation with the Therapist, Director of Professional Services, Associate Director of Human Resources, Associate Director of Finance, Wedgwood Institute Coordinator and other administrative personnel in the completion of assigned duties.

The Evening Campus Supervisor of Youth Treatment Specialists (ECS) is accountable to the Training Coordinator of Wedgwood Institute for managing the operations of all residential units during the weekday evening hours. The ECS works in cooperation with Home Supervisors, Associate Directors of Residential Services, the Director of Residential Services, the Chief of Human Resources, and other administrative personnel in the completion of assigned duties.

In collaboration with the Training Coordinator, from the Learning Institute, the Assistant Supervisor will assure all Youth Treatment Specialist receive proper and complete training and development.
