-Responsible for leading, administering, and providing analysis for CHI’s Mission Integrations’ first Core Values Assessment. Market Based Organization’s (MBO) completed since: CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, CHI St. Luke’s Health, CHI St. Joseph Health, and CHI St. Luke’s Memorial. -Facilitates efficient communication processes and workflow among CHI and MBO during the transition period; including due diligence, Asset Purchase Agreement (APA) finalization, and post-integration. Acquisitions include: Alegent Creighton Health, University of Louisville Hospital/KentuckyOne, Soundpath, St. Luke’s Health, St. Vincent Hot Springs, St. Luke’s Memorial Lufkin, St. Alexis Med Center, and St. Joseph Health Bryan-Works in collaboration with members of the acquisition and integration teams, including CHI leaders across multiple disciplines - identifying key levers that will positively affect the value of an acquired affiliate-Analyzes the acquisition process by identifying potential opportunities for improvement in governance, management, operations, quality & satisfaction, financial performance and organizational development of potential acquired affiliates-Develops systems, practices and processes to accelerate and facilitate incorporation of new and divestiture of existing entities, by standardizing processes and best practice transfer-Ensures the establishment and maintenance of connectivity between and among MBO leadership during transition activities through hand off-Performs transition services in a manner designed to accelerate the incorporation in the MBO in an appropriate and timely fashion, to enhance return on investment-Resolves or makes recommendations to the SVP to resolve challenges concerning areas such as: resource utilization and workload planning-Assists the SVP and VP in ongoing planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the Integration Team’s strategic goals and objectives

-Reviewed and established new standards and work procedures for all housekeeping staff -Organized staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate services are rendered-Assisted with the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates-Supervised over 65 full time managerial/housekeeping staff members-Lead staff meetings and communicated with members of other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities-Conducted regular inspections and monthly reports of goals, accomplishments and future plans-Served as primary liaison between staff, nurses, administration and other clients throughout the hospital-Scheduled major project work, assuring that adequate staff and supplies are available
