Technical training and education of sport theory to youth athletes ages 8-18. Made presentations to high school and independent athletic programs to offer professional expertise with one-on-one and group training to increase the skill level and knowledge of their athletes. Trained over 2,000 youth athletes annually, growing clientele by at least 20% each year Owned, managed and trained 12 independent athletic teams for ages12-18.  100 athletes trained were signed to contracts on major league or minor league rosters. 80% of athletes trained received scholarship offers from various colleges and universities nationwide.

Scouted amateur athletes ages 16-24 in the Midwest territory for the purpose of identifying potential prospects for the June amateur draft. Organized, planned and managed organization events. Created reports for prospects recommended to the organization for the draft and for previously drafted players for the purpose of identifying their development. Reported directly to the Midwest Scouting Supervisor/Area Scout.

Sold office equipment and supplies to fortune 500 companies, including Motorola, State Farm Insurance, McDonalds and Sears Holdings. Generated over one million dollars in annual revenue. At least 50% above sales quota every year.  Trained and managed 5 territory sales representatives in product knowledge and sales strategies. Ranked 3rd and 5th nationally in 2001 and 2003 for supplies sold, achieved 283% to plan for 2002.
