Resident Services Coordinator
CurrentAct as liaison between Synergy, Facebook, and the on-site leasing office and serve as a communication lead as it relates to the setup and takedown of temporary living apartments.Responsible for sending and personalizing all confirmations for incoming guestsProvide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules.Proactively seek out opportunities to enrich the guest experience working directly with potential vendors, partners and suppliers .Keep abreast of all property events and communicate with management and guests.Organize, log, and track communication with vendors, and local businesses.Track all guests requests with proper attention and follow up; recording all details in company software platform.Handle meet and greets for VIPs.Act as a resource for guests for any needs during their stay and follow up to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.Constantly organize workload and adapt to changes with management company and identify ways in which to improve overall service.Execute monthly guest activities and social events.
