Responsibilities:1. Daily Fleet Planning.2. Equipment Control.3. Workshop Planning, COF and Services.4. Administration5. Record daily fleet movements with kilometers driven and revenue earned on the fleet management report.6. Send fleet management report on a daily basis to the contract coordinator Capture fuel records and monitor and control to meet monthly targets.7. Ensure that the drivers HSE files are kept up to date i.e. PRDP, dangerous goods, defensive driving and medical records etc.8. Capture and calculate driver’s remuneration for overtime allowances and submit weekly .9. Reconcile monthly toll fees statement Conduct weekly toolbox talks meetings with driver’s and keep written records thereof.10. Plan and arrange for vehicles and trailers to be washed.11. Review risk and safety aspects of transporters and cargo conveyance.12. Report all incidents and accidents Go to the scene of incidents and accidents to render assistance and compile reports for further investigation by the HSSE department.13. Plan and manage drivers leave balances to within target levels.14. Ensure drivers are correctly attired in company uniform at all times and have the appropriate and valid certificates to perform their duties.
