Commencing my career as a motor mechanic in his native Switzerland, I quickly moved into engineering and project management roles with one of Europe’s largest industrial diesel engine manufacturers Wartsila – former New Sulzer Diesel, and one of the US-based leaders in turbines and gas compressors, Elliott Turbo, before branching out independently. I established three engineering businesses over a period of 15 years, all of which provided services to the oil and gas and mining industries. Over my career, I have managed business and projects in more than 27 countries.In 2004, I co-founded Roteq, an independent servicer of critical turbomachinery and associated equipment. Here I am responsible for managing our one source, infinite solutions platform for customers across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
