Responsible for leading the resourcing life cycle of the Retail and Business Banking business for Barclays Africa with a specific focus on the South African market. Steering a team of 26 Resourcing specialists across South Africa we contribute to a 1/3 of South Africa's hiring activity recruiting approximately 1800 candidates across the business. With a strong focus on Recruitment Metrics such as Cost to Hire, Time to Hire and Caniddate Quality I am responsble for ensuring that we hire the right people and the right time to deliver on our purpose of becoming the 'Go-To' bank.I enable resoucing teams to attract and hire professionals that are passionate about Retail and Business Banking business thus allowing them to achieve their ambitions.
