Led Should Cost exercise which identifed $3.2MM of cost reduction opportunities. Secured funding for a new vision system project and identified opportunities for reducing product waste streams. Complete several facilities improvement projects.

Led a cross functional team (~200 associates) manufacturing disposable labware products (tubes and pipets). Team produced ~600 million units annually using extrusion and injection molding technologies. Manage >$50MM budget, executed cost reduction projects for >$2MM of savings and championed new vision and automation technology. Developed technical roadmap to achieve over $6MM of savings (26% cost reduction for pipet line). Active in talent aquistion and management processes.
