In this position I was part of the leadership team responsible for the Commissioning, Start-up and safe Operations of Cameron LNG's three Train LNG Liquefaction facility.

I managed the Operations training team responible for the training and competency development of over 140 Angolan Nationals and the Competency Verification of over 200 expat staff in Maintenance, Marine and Production Operations. In addition to training and mentoring roles; I was also responsible for training strategy and material development, planning, coodination of intensive training contracts and initiatives, the OTS program and general logistics. l managed a staff of 8 Production and 6 Maintenance trainers.

I was the Project leader for the implementation of the company's HSSE related Control-of-Work (CoW) Organizational-wide project. My key responsibility was the implementation of all major aspects of the Control of Work standard and policy. This included such key aspects as:Training & Development procedures, Roles and responsibility matricies,Document Control System,Auditing & Lessons learned procedures,Electronic Permit-to-Work systems, Lockout/Tagout system, Process Isolation and Return-to-service procedures and protocols, Risk Assessment Policies and procedures,Safe Work Practices and safe systems of work.

Project member (Atlantic LNG) of the Greater Efficiency and Reliability (G.E.A.R) project. During the exercise I was directly responsible for the designing and implementation of the Management, Control and Reporting Systems (MCRS) of the Plant Production Department. Chief among my tasks was the development and implementation of the Plant Production KPIs and KPI structure, Balance Scorecards and a Production Loss Accounting System. This last task upon completion, yielded over $3,000,000 $USD in annualized savings to the company.
