The first point of contact for the general public, the faculty, and the staff that enter the building. Responsible for both hospitality and security at the Wardlaw Center. Provide support to the Senior Building Manager, the Development Directors and the Administration Staff. • Greet visitors, faculty, and staff. Monitor the general public entry into the building; provide directions and assistance. • Provide proper response to security and safety problems that may occur. • Receive incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries or referrals. • Schedule meeting rooms and resources via computer system. • Assist in preparing conference rooms (Light Furniture Moving) for meetings. Responsible for the closing of the Wardlaw Center. • Sort, distribute building mail and packages. • Perform general office duties including accessing e-mail, typing, data input. • Supervise the Development office student assistants. • Onsite building operation contact on GT football game day. • Responsible for closing stadium gate 1, the Wardlaw Center two- side entry gates and building front entrance gate.
