• Greet visitors, faculty, and staff. Monitor the general public entry into the building; provide directions and assistance.
• Provide proper response to security and safety problems that may occur.
• Receive incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries or referrals.
• Schedule meeting rooms and resources via computer system.
• Assist in preparing conference rooms (Light Furniture Moving) for meetings. Responsible for the closing of the Wardlaw Center.
