Main responsibilities:• Support Truphone Network in CS, PS, VAS and BSS platforms and services.• Solving, troubleshooting and raising of internal and external service affecting problems;• Follow-up and escalation of 3rd party and vendors related issues;• Problem Management follow-up, Fault Management;• Quality assurance• Interface with partners and providers for change and incident management;• Participation in BSS/CRM provisioning service improvement projects and data clean-ups;• Production of documentation of knowledge base and troubleshooting/resolution for Truphone platforms • Training delivery for new members• Support Front Office and Back Office activities• Troubleshooting of network problems in the following HPLMN network elements: HLR, GGSN, OCS, SMS-C, ITP.• Technical support to Customer Service.• Analysis of call, data and SMS traces - dealing with ISUP, SIP, MAP, CAP;• War room trigger and leadership in outage handling. Main responsabilities:▪ Prepare Radio Access Network Upgrades ensuring planned work activities, network roll-out and software upgrades in Access nodes;• Implement radio network parameters changes;• Participate in activities of testing and implementation of new software versions;• Responsible for 2G BSC, 3G OMS, RNC, eNodeB upgrades• BTS and eNodeB post upgrade troubleshooting ▪ 3G Radio Access Network Day-After Troubleshooting Care Team• Ensure interface with other teams, in case of incidents, network change management, and other areas related with Network Operations and Support;▪ NetAct - KPIs monitoring for RAN RNC/BSC Upgrade Preparation• Take corrective measures, based on performance analysis, and propose changes (capacity, configuration, etc.);• Assists other teams, in terms of training and know how transfer, for new nodes, services and technologies including 3G Radio Access Network Troubleshooting▪ LTE Day After Troubleshooting Care Team▪ Network Planning and Optimization – Data build
