Second year Bachelor of Architectural Design student, currently balancing my full-time study with part-time employment at Coral Homes as a REVIT Design Technician. I consider myself a leader, passionate about design and a motivated, quick-learner who has succeeded in various leadership roles in the past. My three most valuable skills:• Leadership - I have spent the majority of my academic career having been part of the leadership group at Southport State High School since grade nine and eventually becoming a school vice-captain, as well as STEM vice-captain. This skill will be effective in a workplace setting as I am capable of leading a team and therefore this would apply in terms of managing a project.• Time Management - Having held part-time positions since the age of 15 (7 years), I have gained valuable experience in successfully managing my time at work and my time for studying, as I was able to maintain excellent grades throughout my schooling career. Furthermore, as a Revit Design Technician, time management is a crucial part of the job since being efficient with designs is essential in providing a good service. This skill will prove to be very useful throughout my academic university career, as well as my career in the building and design industry.• Proficient Revit Skillset - Having utilized Revit for multiple years now, both in a university setting and a work setting has led to me becoming very proficient with the software. This skill is crucial for the Building and Design Industry as this program is becoming more widespread and more businesses are opting to use it. Therefore, this skill will surely become useful not only for my university assignments but also for my future workplaces.
