RiDERgy efficiently electrifies and manages fleets charging, accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and 100% renewable electricity while achieving lower costs and less environmental impact.- Worked as right-hand of the CEO, helping early-stage start-up close its first commercial project. - Performed activities related to business development (sales, accelerators, strategic partnerships, marketing), fundraising, product development and team building.- Engaged with potential clients and partners to identify project and collaboration opportunities, performing energy systems and market studies.

- Lead the operation of 4 units (3 production plants and 1 gas-fired boiler, running 24/7) with focus on delivering quality products, production rates, and keeping plant uptime high. - Had a central position in the plant, collaborating with Maintenance, Engineering, Technology, Safety, Quality Control and Supply Chain teams daily.- Lead a team of 6 shift supervisors (that were responsible for over 70 operators) and 2 interns.- Experience with industry standards: FSSC22000, ISO14001, as well as DuPont's Process Safety Management (PSM) and Safety best practices.

- Identified process variations that lead to inefficiencies in product quality, plant uptime and productivity, and proposed improvements in process control logics and process technology.- Developed 2 new product technology process in industrial scale, in collaboration with R+D and Commercial teams.- Designed and executed projects in industrial environment, managing Engineering subcontractors (civil, electric, instrumentation, mechanic, control) during Engineering, Procurement and Construction, and Comissioning.

Esteio - Rs

- Analyzed process data, aiming to identify opportunities to increase plant uptime, product quality and productivity. - Developed a data-driven tool for operators to react to product quality deviations.- Helped design and implement process control logics for DCS update project (hardware and software).

Manchester, Reino Unido

- 3 months research placement doing initial experiments on the catalytical oxidation of Lignin derived compounds to produce biofuels using gold catalysts. - Research project was the final part of a Brazilian Government exchange program and supported a PhD study being carried in the Chemical Engineering Department.
