Andre Cuadrado founded and headed the Auction.com Valuations and Advisory Department. Andre and his team underwrote and advised on over 10,000 deals prior to them being considered for the online auction platform, ranging from small $10,000 office product in rural locations to a $600,000,000,000 performing multifamily note portfolio. Andre also sat on the sales committee which approved incoming assets for listing in auction events, and was also the project manager for data infrastructure implementation relating to commercial real estate and the creation of due diligence standards for the entire Auction.com commercial division. Projects included Situs integration, process built out and future state data structure, as well as mapping out the entire Commercial Division's business process for the integration of Closer, a back-end underwriting and pipeline management system.

Commercial real estate whole loans; portfolio management. Andre was a mortgage loan analyst and originator for ING Investment Management, involved in over $1,000,000,000 of debt transactions. During the downturn, Andre reviewed both assets in the balance sheet program and CMBS collateral, assessing current market value and making recommendations based on research and findings.
