Manage a team of Automation Engineers to plan & execute small to large scale capital equipment projects.Provide hands-on support as an Electrical Control Engineer for electrical, software and hardware requirements of a large-scale GMP pharmaceutical operation.Managing Electrical, Mechanical and process engineering projects. Provide support to internal and external teams to ensure that timelines are successfully met. Manage budget, planning, scheduling, logistics, procurement and oversight for capital equipment projects Work cross functionally to provide support for legacy & new software and hardware systems. Maintain accountability, career path, training and performance evaluation for automation team. Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to execute projects effectively to specification. Ensure Good Documentation Practices and compliance with local, national and worldwide regulations.Design ,program and commissioning of following systems CIP, SIP Vial and bag pasteurizers. Vacuum tester(Leak detectors ) UF and Nano filtration Skids Alcohol recovery and distillation system (from %17 to %98) Chemical storage and distribution system Reactor and process tanks control. EMS and BMS system control , door interlocking system RO ,WFI , Distiller and clean steam generators. CWFI, AWFI and HWFI skids . Washing , filling and capping machines. Chromatography skid. Waste water treatment system.
