Duties and Responsibilities:• 260-seater restaurant, managing 16 staff, 8 in the kitchen and 8 waiters. • Stock control, portion control, presentation, food prep, menu planning, cost control, hygiene, staff motivation ongoing training, and purchasing of goods. • Customer service. Hospitality by engaging with customers to achieve good relations. Database for good customer relation recognition etc. Forming relationships with the customer is very important for future business.• PC literate for restaurant program.
