KEY SKILLS:• Project and Programme Management of small, medium & large complex projects/programmes and successful delivery of these projects;• Leading and being part of large multi-disciplinary teams, interventions & implementations;• Analytical skills in the identification of root causes and identification of improvement opportunities;• Understanding the local government environment and related service delivery, financial viability and asset management challenges; • Detail designs, implementation, quality control and contract management of infrastructure projects for municipal services delivery; and• Communication and presentation ability to create project awareness, obtain stakeholder buy-in and educate stakeholders.
