Andre Eanes Email and Phone Number
As a driven learner and mindful steward of life on planet Earth, I am actively cultivating my passions for sustainability, equity, and environmental justice. I am a Master of Environmental Science student at Yale School of the Environment, having graduated from the University of Richmond in 2020 with a degree in Biology. Until starting graduate school, I worked as a technical projects manager for Virginia-based commercial solar developer Secure Solar Futures, where I contributed to the advancement of solar energy in Virginia and throughout the mid-Atlantic region. I am also a published researcher, having lead authored a publication released in the first December 2020 issue of the journal Sustainability on the intersection of the urban heat island effect, air quality, and other urban environmental justice issues. Additionally, I contributed to another paper on the relationship between historic redlining and the urban heat island effect, published February 2021 in Sustainability, and I have forthcoming research on solar PV system performance from my time at Secure Solar Futures.
