Main Responsibilities:* Manage the finance department with an emphasis on mitigating the risks of the company;* Represent and support the Chief Financial Officer;* Monitor all areas of finance, maintaining balance to achieve a high performance together with other departments;* Responsible for internal and external audits;* Maintain cash flow and monitor resources for investment;* Issue and analysis of financial reports;* Monitoring and controlling costs for decision making along with other managers;* Coordinate the monthly accounting closing and send reports to the Regional Office;* Approval of expenditures and payments;* Team Building and coaching;* Provide guidance and support to managers on the budget and forecast of their respective areas;* Prepare and submit financial reports to the Owner.

Main Responsibilities:* Analysis of daily average rate;* Analysis of Chargebacks;* Weekly Analysis of control of accounts receivable;* Weekly spot audits (General Cashier);* Control of remittance;* International Accounting Invoice;* Calculation of international tax invoices for payment;* Payment of trainees, apprentices and bonuses;* Analysis of documentation of purchase requisitions and receiving goods;* Audits of cash and inventory analysis of the conference;* Project Audit, including the assessment of internal controls, identifying needs and defining strategies focusing on achievement of the processes;* Management of bank accounts (cash flow and investment analysis);* Responsible for analysis of results (P & L);* Bank reconciliation;* Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Payable from hotels;* Responsible for organizing the reconciliations of assets and liabilities;* Coordination and development team of 16 employees.
