• Help consultants to manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis: managing and tracking ongoing actions for clients, drafting correspondence to clients on a range of consulting issues, contact external providers (namely insurance companies) and supporting in the billing process; • Manage client, member, and providers queries on a day-to-day basis; • Support in the preparation of Trustee meetings packs; • Updating various governance documents; • Prepare communications to members regarding any changes to their plan; • Prepare relevant statements to members on leaving, retirement and death for insured schemes; • Providing support services to the DC consulting team; • Co-ordination of agreed services to a portfolio of schemes; • Ensuring the delivery of the highest level of service to our clients consistent with their expectations and SLA’s in place; • Preparation of meeting and governance packs; • Providing support on client projects including new scheme installation; • Providing general administrative support to the Insured Pensions team; • Updating and maintenance of data on the internal department’s core systems; • Deal with queries received from employers, members, third parties and other lines of business via email and through our dedicated phone line; • Liaising with insurers on all aspects of pension and risk plan matters;

• Work closely with Center Leaders and DMs to identify L&D needs and design action plans, as well as triggering recurrent Training Programs • Develop and implement Academy initiatives • Participate in regular Global Invest In You Academy Meetings and represent the respective center • Contribute to increase the proficiency & learning curve of the team • Support Champions with knowledge production • Identify synergies and best practices in IC documentation (Global Process Steps, Notebooks, Learning Maps, etc.) • Contribute to increase the customer experience through improvements in the quality of work delivered
