This means free spirits, creativity, deep knowledge, and high dynamics. On the other hand, there are also financial requirements, which an economic business must consider.The Miltenyi organization is getting bigger, the global economic and political sea is getting stormier. For the finance department, this means setting the right financial course at an early stage. In the process of developing new structures and financial thinking routines, persistence and strong communication downwards and upwards have proven to be key success factors.Creating and steering the navigation system between creativity and financial needs is my passion. I have dedicated myself to this challenge for 22 years (and ongoing) with expertise and devotion.
