With a degree in Pharmacy, I now account for more than 18 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with a path that has covered several operational areas, from Regulatory Affairs to Business Development and International Commercial activities, as well as, Operational management and Commercial excellence. This represents an important insight about all the steps concerning development, manufacturing, registration and commercialization of pharmaceutical products either Generics, NDFs and/or VAMs.During my professional path, I've been responsible for developing, heading and coordinating high performing business development and commercial teams, as well as, licensing high value products in complex scenarios (both early and late stage clinical stage) and by defining, implementing and leading the creation of a new pharmaceutical CDMO in Europe from a greenfield project and with full responsibility for a 30Mio+ P&L and more than 100 FTE.Day-to-day activities have covered situations like supervision of In and Out-licensing deals, sourcing of strategic APIs, portfolio analysis and pipeline definition, setting up co-development agreements. Setting up amd management of distribution agreements in international markets with commercial and marketing deployment, as well as, sell out control. Revision and discussion of License and Supply agreements, as well supportive IP revision for ongoing development projects.My professional activity fortunately lead me to interact and work with an extensive network of companies and people on a global level, ranging from Europe, USA, Southeast Asia and LATAM.I see myself as motivated person, focused in the outcome of the projects I take part in, with recognised leadership skills and a good interpersonal relationship by my peers. My desire and hope is that my expertise and entrepreneurship in the Pharma Industry can continue to add value to new or existing projects.
